| The Software and Information Industry Association uses ScribeStudio as an Events on-Demand platform to deliver live events to a global membership. |
| Members who cannot attend a New York or San Fransisco event can log into http://siia.scribestudio.com or http://siiacontent.scribestudio.com to watch live Web casts, archived video from past events, or subscribe to the Podcast series to listen to the audio from all past presentations and panel discussions. Members can also participate in forum discussions related to current and past presentations. |

why the SIIA uses ScribeStudio: |
| The SIIA has been using ScribeStudio to meet a number of membership objectives this year. We have created a site that our members have come to rely upon to access our meeting content when they cannot attend. For example, this summer we had the president of a consulting firm present research findings from a major study her firm had just completed. |
| Thanks to ScribeStudio, two thirds of the registrants were "virtual" attendees. Several were international and many were from the west coast. Traditionally we have not been able to serve this market and now we can. One member wrote me to exclaim "Thanks very much!! Great that SIIA is offering these alternatives -- extends the reach greatly and helps solve the problem of non-matching schedules." |
| This has several implications for membership and retention. We can now tell members and prospects that they can attend no matter where they are geographically because of the streaming content. Moreover, thanks to the archived Podcasts and Webcasts, members don’t have to be tied to our schedules to benefit from our CEO Breakfasts or BrownBag lunch programs. |
| The SIIA feels that this partnership with ScribeStudio will help us
keep existing members and attract new ones. |
